[ARCHIVED] Make Planning Your Next Meeting an Easier Affair

With the increasing number of meetings in city facilities we are seeing more instances of competing requests for meeting space. Certain spaces such as 309 seem almost endlessly booked while others sit empty, in large part because many employees are not familiar with meeting rooms outside their own building or the process for booking them. The Customer Centric Culture Team has put together a list of meeting rooms, capabilities, and booking processes to help alleviate this overlap, and make planning your next meeting an easier affair.
