Regular and Special Meetings

The city commission meets at 7:30 p.m. typically on the second and fourth Mondays and will adhere to this pattern except in the months of May and December.  Due to holidays meetings in May will be on the second and third Mondays; and in December will be on the first and second Mondays.  City commission meetings are held in the commission chambers room 121 at city hall unless otherwise indicated. 

2026 city commission regular meeting schedule is: 

  • January 12 and 26
  • February 9 and 23
  • March 9 and 23
  • April 13 and 27 
  • May 11 and 18
  • June 8 and 22
  • July 13 and 27 
  • August 10 and 24
  • September 14 and 28 
  • October 12 and 26
  • November 9 and 23
  • December 7 and 14

Special city commission meetings are scheduled as required. These meetings can be scheduled on different days of the week, at different times, and at different locations than the regular meetings.  

Currently, there are no special city commission meetings scheduled for 2026.
