The city commission meets at 7:30 p.m. on select Mondays.  Through March 16, 2020 city commission meetings were held  in room 315 at city hall, 211 S. Williams St.  Following the closing of city hall on March 17, 2020, due to the COVID19 pandemic, meetings are held remotely and available to the public on WROK Comcast Ch 17 | WOW Ch 10 | or live stream https://www.romi.gov/523/Live-Stream-and-Video-on-Demand until further notice.

March 16 and 30 
April 13 and 27 
May 11 and 18 
June 8 and 22 
July 13 and 27 
August 10 and 24 (cancelled) 
September 14 and 28 
October 12 and 26 
November 9 and 23 
December 7 and 21 

Special city commission meetings are scheduled as required. These meetings can be scheduled at different days, times and locations than the regular meetings. Special meetings scheduled for the 2020 calendar are: 

Sat, January 25 at 9:00 a.m. Strategic Planning (Oakland Community College)
Wed, February 5 at 6:00 p.m. Marijuana Work Session (city hall, room 309) 
Sat, February 21 at 9:00 a.m. City Manager Executive Search Initial Interviews (city hall, room 315) 
Thus, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. City Manager Executive Search Second Interviews (city hall, room 315) 
Wed, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. Budget Work Session (remote meeting) 
Tues, May 19 at 6:00 p.m. Marijuana Work Session (remote meeting)
Wed, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. Budget Work Session (remote meeting) 
Thurs, May 28 at 6:30 p.m. Budget Work Session (remote meeting) 
Thurs, July 16 at 6:00 p.m. Continuation of July 13 (remote meeting)
