[ARCHIVED] Normandy Oaks Construction Begins

Normandy Oaks Renderings

The Normandy Oaks Park project is about to begin.

The contractor, Anglin Civil, will begin mobilizing on-site in mid-April. The plans for the 40-acre site include:

- water splash pad
- pavilion / restroom building
- turf soccer field
- paved walkways / pathways
- new playground equipment

The work is proposed to end for the season in early December of 2019, with all project restoration completed in mid-May of 2020.

As with any project, there may be small inconveniences throughout the process. Officials will work very closely with the contractor to minimize inconveniences to residents and business owners. If there are any specific concerns or questions regarding the project, feel free to contact Steve Sutton, Nowak & Fraus Engineers, at 248-635-6571, at any time.
