[ARCHIVED] Employee Childcare Survey

During feedback activities for the new city hall proposal, childcare needs were identified as a challenge by several city employees. The city manager's office is now seeking wider feedback from employees to help us better understand the issue as an organization. We ask that you please take a few moments to complete the following survey as accurately as possible. Individual responses will not be shared, but aggregate data may be used and reported in any planning process moving forward.

Non-city hall departments may take the survey at the link provided.

For employees in city hall, your childcare questions were included as part of the larger city hall needs survey. Please complete that survey here. Do not use the link above.
