[ARCHIVED] New Study Room Reservation System

Study Room Reservation System

There are 4 study rooms, available for 2 hours per person per day, which accommodate 1-6 people. The small conference room is available for 4 hours per person per day and requires a minimum of 2 and allows a maximum of 8 people. Please visit this page to reserve a room.

A Royal Oak Public Library card is required to reserve a room up to 2 weeks in advance. Non-residents and residents without a Royal Oak Public Library card can access the study rooms and the small conference room by visiting the library in-person and using a guest pass issued by library staff. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Royal Oak residents 12 and older may apply for an instant digital card online.

You have a 10-minute window to check out your room reservation with staff at the Check Out Desk for the main-level study rooms and the small conference room or with the Youth Services Desk staff for the lower-level study rooms or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Please read policy 3.10 - Auditorium and Meeting/Study Room Policy for more detailed information.
