The Customer Centric Culture Team needs your help in improving our employee event and professional development opportunities. Training and opportunities to interact with other departments were two of the biggest barriers to a customer centric culture identified during our Disney Way sessions. We, as well as other employee teams, are looking to address these barriers in the next several months, but we need your input to do so.
