Tax Forms 2021

Federal 2021 tax forms:

FYI: Federal tax forms are due on April 18, 2022 this year (except for Maine and Massachusetts taxpayers) due to the Emancipation Day holiday in Washington, DC. 

Michigan 2021 tax forms:

  • The library no longer has all the 2021 Michigan Tax Forms. The Michigan Home Heating Credit Claim booklet (which includes the form) is still available for pickup. If you need a paper Michigan 1040 tax form, please come to the adult reference desk on the first floor, or call (248) 246-3727.
  • For Michigan forms, booklets and further information, visit the MI Department of Treasury https://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,1607,7-238-44143---,00.html
