The 15th Annual Holiday Magic Parade kicks off at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20.
More than 80 parade units including marching bands, floats from the Parade Company, circus performers, dance troupes and more will roll down Washington. The parade starts at Lincoln and goes north to Fourth Street before heading west and ending at Lafayette.
New, unwrapped toys will be collected along the parade route or at the parade Main Stage again, and will be donated to the Royal Oak Youth Assistance a 58 year old, community-based program whose mission is to strengthen youth and families and to prevent and reduce delinquency, neglect, and abuse through community involvement.
After the parade, there will be visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Skyward Real Estate (519 S. Washington) from 3-5pm, plus Santa’s reindeer will be hanging out at the Fifth Street walkway between Washington Avenue and Lafayette Streets until 4:30pm. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the fun!
