The Royal Oak City Commission recently voted to approve changes to the Municipal Parking Services (MPS) agreement and here is what you can expect:
➡️ The grace period (free parking) will be extended to fifteen minutes for on-street parking, with the previous grace period being five minutes.
➡️ The time limit for on-street parking will be extended to three hours, with the previous limit being two hours.
➡️ Free parking will be available on Juneteenth, as part of free parking on all Civic Holidays.
These updates will go into effect later this month.
