2025 Construction Projects

The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

CAP2510 Water Main Improvements

Lexington Boulevard - N. Washington to Marais

Nakota Road - Crooks to Hillcrest/Massoit

E. Parent Avenue - Longfellow to dead end

Water main installation will be performed on the project streets in the order shown above.

The contractor has started pavement removal and excavation for the new water main this week on Lexington Boulevard.

CAP2535 Road Reconstruction

Ravena Avenue - Hillside Drive - Benjamin Traffic Circles

Lawn restoration will continue this week.

2025 Sidewalk Program

The contractor is working on sidewalk replacement along the major roads in the target area.

Lawn restoration continues in Phase 3 and along major roads. 

Once the regular sidewalk work is complete the contractor will work on their punch list of repairs.

BEGINNING IN AUGUST:

CAP2506 13 Mile Road Resurfacing

Rochester Road to Campbell Road

This project is scheduled to begin the first week of August. Construction Notices have been mailed to property owners, residents and businesses along this section of 13 Mile Road. One lane will be open in each direction throughout construction and access to businesses will be maintained.
