COMPOST DROP OFF LOCATION CHANGE

We will be transitioning inside in the coming weeks. Until then, we will be on the EAST PORCH and not the west porch this weekend. The west porch is just too cold at current temps, and we are told the east porch is quite a bit warmer at this time of year. Please find us there to drop off your compost. This Fall, Royal Oak Sustainability is launching a Leave Your Leaves Campaign. It is as simple as it sounds, but a wonderful opportunity to provide shelter for pollinators and protect your yard from the winter elements. This campaign is voluntary to participate and approved by code enforcement. 

The Leave Your Leaves Campaign is part of the Bee City USA programing. Thank you to our young residents who are passionate about bees for urging Royal Oak to be a Bee City and raise awareness on habitat. This program is an extension of their hard work and ties nicely into No Mow May next spring.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
