Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor is continuing with concrete work near Woodward and Roseland this week.

On Sycamore, the contractor has begun concrete removals on the north side of the roadway. Once complete they will install the new curbing and gutter, followed by driveway approaches.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor has re-opened Arden Place to traffic and will be working on  concrete removals on Sheridan and Grandview this week.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.
