Arts, Beats & Eats Parking Permits

To protect neighborhoods near the Arts, Beats & Eats Festival from traffic, parking congestion, noise and litter, on-street parking will be allowed on a PERMIT-ONLY basis September 1 - September 4.

If you park on the street, you must display a valid permit, with the address visible through the windshield, on the front, driver’s side, corner of your dashboard to avoid a $50 parking ticket. Permits are ONLY valid within 200 feet of the address displayed on the front. PERMITS ARE NOT VALID ON FOURTH STREET OR LINCOLN AVENUE but may be used to park on the side street nearest the address displayed on the front.

If you reside in an area where permanent permit parking restrictions are already in effect, those permits are not valid during the Arts, Beats & Eats Festival.

Vehicles that are parked in a permit parking only zone without a valid permit can be ticketed and/or towed at the Police Department’s discretion. The scheduled fine for parking in a permit parking only zone without a permit is $50.00.

Requests for parking permits are not being accepted at this time.
